Operation rules for the use and maintenance of air-cooled modular units
In order to establish an air-cooled modular unit system use, maintenance, and maintenance operating procedures to guide standardized operations.

Preparation for booting
1) Check whether all the valves that should be opened in the system have been opened,

2) Check whether the expansion tank and water supplement device are sensitive;
Exhaust the air in the water pipe. Before turning on the water pump, open the air release valve to see if there is any water flowing out.
If not, it means that the air has not been exhausted, and it is not allowed to turn on the water pump at this time. The expansion tank and water replenishment system should be checked, and the exhaust work should be done properly.
The water pump can only be turned on after confirming that the pipeline is filled with water, and absolutely avoid running in the state of water shortage.
Start and stop
2.1 Turn on the power supply of the air-cooled module unit and the power supply of the water pump.
2.2 Turn on the water pump and observe the outlet pressure, which should be above 0.2MPa.
Otherwise, you need to find out the reason and do not turn on the module unit.
2.3 Press the unit start key, the start key is on the remote controller, and the module unit will operate normally.
Press the stop button to stop,
Note: When starting up, the water pump should be turned on first, and then the modular unit. The opposite is true when shutting down.
2.4 matters needing attention
When the fault light on the remote controller of the unit is on, it indicates that the unit is abnormal.
According to the fault reason displayed by the controller,

A water filter is installed outside the modular unit. Please clean the water filter regularly to ensure that the water quality in the unit system is clean.

The evaporator also needs to be cleaned regularly after a period of time,
Generally, a weak acid solution (5% phosphoric acid, or 5% oxalic acid) can be used,
The cleaning liquid is pumped into the heat exchanger,
In order to achieve a better cleaning effect, the circulation flow rate of the acid solution should be 1.5 times the usual water flow rate, and it is best to use the reverse process of the water circulation for backflushing.
After cleaning, use a lot of water to clean the remaining acid solution.

The installation environment of the unit should be kept clean and well-ventilated.
The fin heat exchanger should be cleaned regularly (1-2 months),

Frequently check the water supply of the water system and whether the exhaust device of the water system is operating normally,
Avoid air entering the system, thereby reducing the water circulation, or the water circulation encountering resistance,
This affects the cooling and heating effects of the unit, and the reliability of the unit.
Frequently check whether the power supply of the unit and the wiring of the electrical system are firm,
Whether the electrical components are operating abnormally,
In case of abnormality, repair and replace in time, and regularly check whether the grounding wire of the unit is reliable.
After the unit has finished an operating cycle,
If the shutdown time is long, drain the water in the unit pipeline and cut off the power supply.

Power on the unit to warm up for more than 6 hours and confirm that everything is normal before it can be turned on.
