The following data is the cooling capacity coefficient of performance of the chiller.

  1. The performance coefficient (COP) of piston / scroll chiller is as follows:

When the rated cooling capacity is less than 528KW, its COP should not be less than 3.8;

When the rated cooling capacity is 528 ~ 1163KW, its COP should not be less than 4.0;

When the rated cooling capacity is greater than 1163KW, its COP should not be less than 4.2.

 

  1. For screw-type chiller, the coefficient of performance (COP) is as follows:

When the rated cooling capacity is less than 528KW, its COP should not be less than 4.10;

When the rated cooling capacity is 528 ~ 1163KW, its COP should not be less than 4.30;

When the rated cooling capacity is greater than 1163KW, its COP should not be less than 4.60.

 

  1. For centrifugal chiller, the coefficient of performance (COP) is as follows:

When the rated cooling capacity is less than 528KW, its COP should not be less than 4.40.

When the rated cooling capacity is 528 ~ 1163KW, its COP should not be less than 4.70.

When the rated cooling capacity is greater than 1163KW, its COP should not be less than 5.10

 

  1. For evaporative cooling or air-cooled chiller / piston / scroll chiller, the coefficient of performance (COP) is as follows:

When the rated cooling capacity is less than or equal to 50KW, its COP should not be less than 2.40.

When the rated cooling capacity is greater than 50KW, its COP should not be less than 2.60.

 

  1. For air-cooled or evaporative-cooled screw chiller, the coefficient of performance (COP) requirements are as follows:

When the rated cooling capacity is less than or equal to 50KW, its COP should not be less than 2.60.

When the rated cooling capacity is greater than 50KW, its COP should not be less than 2.80.

 

  1. The comprehensive partial load performance coefficient (IPLV) requirements of water-cooled screw chiller are as follows:

When the rated cooling capacity is less than 528KW, its IPLV should not be less than 4.47.

When the rated cooling capacity is 528 ~ 1163KW, its IPLV should not be less than 4.81.

When the rated cooling capacity is greater than 1163KW, its IPLV should not be less than 5.13.

 

  1. The comprehensive partial load performance coefficient (IPLV) requirements for centrifugal water-cooled units are as follows:

When the rated cooling capacity is less than 528KW, its IPLV should not be less than 4.49.

When the rated cooling capacity is 528 ~ 1163KW, its IPLV should not be less than 4.88.

When the rated cooling capacity is greater than 1163KW, its IPLV should not be less than 5.42.

 

For air-cooled unit units with a nominal cooling capacity greater than 7.1kW, the energy efficiency ratio requirements are as follows:

When the air duct is not connected, the energy efficiency ratio is not less than 2.60.

When connecting the air duct, the energy efficiency ratio is not less than 2.30.

 

For water-cooled unit units with a nominal cooling capacity greater than 7.1kW, the energy efficiency ratio requirements are as follows:

When the air pipe is not connected, the energy efficiency ratio is not less than 3.00.

When connecting the air duct, the energy efficiency ratio is not less than 2.70.
