The scope of leased cold storage is mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as well as Hubei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shandong, Henan and other places.

Fujian, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Henan and other places have strong demand and insufficient cold storage. These are mainly second-tier provincial capitals and will face a new round of rapid economic development and consumption upgrades, and the cold storage market will further expand in the future.

There is a relative surplus of cold storage in Hubei, Hunan, Shandong and other provinces and cities. First of all, in the operation of cold storage, find the correct positioning to achieve differentiation. Secondly, the surplus of cold storage is not only because of low demand, but also because the cold storage itself cannot meet demand. The price is the only highest price in Beijing. Beijing’s cold storage is already relatively in short supply, coupled with the continuous rectification and shutdown of non-compliant cold storage at the end of last year, resulting in a shortage of cold storage resources in Beijing, and prices have naturally risen; cold storage prices in Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Haikou, Kunming and other places are relatively Higher. Among them, the first four are typical first-tier or quasi-first-tier consumer cities. With the tightening of the policy environment, the price of cold storage will rise further. In the latter two cities, the prices of cold storage also tend to be high due to factors such as the natural climate and the attributes of production areas. Most cities have little volatility, and supply and demand are balanced.

The price is between 2.5-3 yuan, but in cities like Hangzhou, Tianjin, Chengdu, Chongqing, etc., with the increase in demand, the price of cold storage has room to rise. The price of cold storage in a few cities is not high. For example, Yinchuan, Hohhot, Taiyuan, etc., are mainly due to the relatively slow consumption upgrade speed, the average economic level, and the irregular cold storage market.
