Water leakage (first determine the location of the water leakage)

  1. The pump is leaking (cause: the shaft seal at the pump is not well connected or the shaft seal has been damaged)

Solution: directly replace the pump without changing the shaft seal

  1. Water leakage from the water tank (cause: trachoma at the welding position of the water tank or long-term use)

Solution: Pull back to the manufacturer to re-weld the leaking position

  1. Ball valve and shunt (cause: water leakage from the ball valve and shunt)

Solution: replace the ball valve and diverter

  1. The connection position of the horn of the tube (cause: water leakage at the same connection position of the horn)

Solution: remove and re-play the bell mouth, re-install

  1. Water leakage at the position of the floating ball (cause: the floating ball has fallen or the adjusted floating ball position is incorrect)

Solution: reinstall the float and adjust the float position

Second, no refrigeration (causes: system leakage refrigerant, broken compressor, broken computer board, overload)

  1. Refrigerant leakage in the system (check method: first look at the low-pressure meter, whether there is pressure, no pressure, indicating leaking snow species)

Solution: Check for leaks and make up for leaks, check that there is no copper pipe connection, see where the snow is leaking

  1. The compressor is broken (also shows compressor failure) (check method: clamp the three wires of the compressor with a clamp meter to get the working current. If the three are different, the preliminary judgment is that the compressor is broken; the current of 5HP compressor is 9A -10A current is normal, otherwise it is abnormal)

Solution: replace the compressor

  1. The computer board is broken (the display temperature of the computer board is abnormal or does not match the actual temperature)

Solution: replace the computer board

  1. Overload (the temperature does not reach the predetermined effect during the use of the chiller, or the temperature does not drop, but will rise)

Solution: It means that the power of the optional chiller is not large enough. It may be necessary to replace a larger chiller to set the required temperature.

The chiller reports a low-voltage fault

  1. Refrigerant leaking from the system (check the low pressure gauge first, check if there is any pressure, if there is no pressure or the pressure is low, it means the leaking snow)

Solution: Check for leaks and make up for leaks, check each copper pipe connection to see which location is leaking

  1. The pressure controller is broken

Solution: Check whether the pressure controller can be reset. If it cannot be reset, replace the pressure controller

  1. The computer board is broken (there are no other problems, it may be that the computer program error caused the low voltage failure)

Solution: replace the computer board and readjust the parameters

  1. The filter is blocked (the side of the filter and the capillary is lower, and the temperature on the other side does not change, indicating that the filter is blocked)

Solution: replace the filter

High-voltage alarm (Look at the high-pressure meter when you turn it on. If you keep going up, a high-voltage alarm will appear)

Generally not a manufacturer’s problem, the customer’s problem can be solved from

  1. Is the water in the water tower turned on? Is the cooling water channel clear?
  2. Will the water quality of the water tower be very high? If you have used it for more than half a year without checking the blisters, you need to clean the water cannon
  3. If it is air-cooled, the condenser should be cleaned when used
  4. If none of the above points can solve the problem, it may be a problem with the pressure controller and the computer board. Replace the pressure controller or the computer board.
