How does a water chiller work?

How the water circulation chiller work in close sytem?
1. When the user’s terminal device is sealed,
The evaporator of the industrial water circulation chiller is an open type (water tank evaporator),
Connect the water outlet of the terminal equipment to the return water outlet of the water circulation chiller,
Then connect the water inlet of the end equipment to the water outlet of the water circulation chiller,
The water pump is installed on the pipeline between the water inlet of the end equipment and the water outlet of the water circulation chiller.

Open the water valve,
Fill the evaporative water tank of the water circulation chiller with water (automatic),
Start up (turn on the power of the unit – start the water pump and start the compressor),

Take part of the heat of the water out of the machine,
Then, the chilled water is sent to the terminal equipment through the water pump for cooling.

Each refrigeration part of the unit will automatically suspend until the desired temperature value is reached.

How the water circulation chiller work in open sytem?
The evaporator of the industrial water circulation chiller is a closed type (shell and tube evaporator),
Connect the water outlet of the terminal equipment to the water inlet of the water circulation chiller,
Then connect the water inlet of the end equipment to the water outlet of the recirculating chiller,
The water pump (self-priming water pump) is installed on the pipeline between the water inlet and outlet of the terminal equipment and the water inlet and outlet of the recirculating chiller.
Confirm that the pipeline and power supply are installed,
Fill the water tank of the end device with water,
Start up (turn on the power of the unit – start the water pump and start the compressor),
Under the action of the refrigeration components inside the recirculating chiller,
Heat exchange (cooling) the water in the evaporative water tank,
Take part of the heat of the water out of the machine,
Then, the refrigerated water is sent to the terminal equipment through the water pump for cooling.
The water after absorbing heat is pressed into the evaporation water tank of the water circulation chiller for heat exchange.
